Service Quality Control

At CargoTec, we understand that one of the key determinants of our clients' success is the quality of our services. Keeping this in mind, we have formed a quality and process control department to ensure that our customers' needs are always met with satisfaction.

As part of our quality control process, our quality team employs key performance indicators (KPI) against our employees’ job performance to constantly evaluate, control and improve our service quality to customers.

Through regular service meetings with our customers and effective customer feedback channels, we are also able to pre-empt any potential problems as well as improvise on current operational processes.

Our management recognizes the importance of human resource management in our labour-intensive industry and constantly trains and upgrades our human resources and inculcates in them the core values of service excellence and innovation.

We aim to be ISO 2001 certified by end of FY2007.
